Joseph A. Di Gangi is a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Structured Settlement Consultant, former Litigation Supervisor / Large Case Negotiator, and current Director of Settlement Professional Inc.’s Financial & Settlement Planning Division.

For over 30 years, Joe has expertly combined traditional Financial Planning strategies, Litigation Support Services and Plaintiff focused Settlement Planning for the benefit of his very special clientele including catastrophically injured clients, their loved ones, and their legal representatives.

In his previous role as a member of the Legislation and Regulation Committee of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association Joe was involved in the formation of policy and activities inside the settlement industry and outside the industry when working with Congress and other government entities for the betterment of injury victims throughout the country.

Joe currently serves as the President of the Society of Settlement Planners, the premier professional organization focused on improving Settlement Planning Best Practices for the benefit of injured clients, the legal profession, and the courts.
